F.A.Q.

Are the sessions in person or online?

I offer both in-person and online sessions.
Each event or session listing will clearly indicate the format, so you’ll always know whether we’re meeting virtually or face-to-face.

Who should not practice Breathwork?

While breathwork can be deeply healing, it’s not suitable for everyone.

Please avoid breathwork or seek medical advice before joining a session if you have or are experiencing any of the following:

  • Cardiovascular problems (including heart disease, high blood pressure, or history of stroke)

  • Respiratory conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or severe asthma

  • Epilepsy or a history of seizures

  • Glaucoma or retinal detachment

  • Recent surgery or physical injury (especially to the brain, spine, or chest)

  • Pregnancy

  • Severe or unmanaged mental health conditions (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychosis)

  • Use of heavy medication that affects the nervous system

  • Any other medical condition that could be aggravated by deep or fast breathing

If you’re unsure whether breathwork is right for you, please consult your doctor or mental health professional before participating.

I've never practiced Breathwork before.
Can I still join sessions?

Absolutely! Everyone is welcome, no matter your experience level.

You’re always in control of your own breath, which means you can move at your own pace and comfort level.

Each session is guided with care and mindfulness, creating a safe space for you to explore and connect with yourself.

Which kind of Breathwork do you teach?

I’m a certified breathwork teacher trained under the holosomatic approach, which integrates the breath, body, and energy for a truly holistic experience.

My sessions are trauma-informed, recognising that breathwork can bring up stored emotions or memories, and I always create a safe, grounded space to navigate them gently.

Additionally, I am trained in Pranayama, blending traditional practices with modern scientific understanding to support balance, awareness, and deep self-connection.
