Hey There
I’m really happy you’re here. You might see parts of yourself in my story, or your path might look completely different, but either way, I’d love to get to know your story, hear about your life experiences, and offer support wherever I can.
This space is about connection, curiosity, and meeting yourself. You’re welcome here, exactly as you are.
I'm Sophie
I grew up in a small village in Germany, and since I was a kid loved exploring the world. After completing my A-levels, I spent six months living and working in Australia, before moving to Vienna to study Business Administration with a focus on accounting, controlling, and international taxation.
During my studies, I had the opportunity to spend an exchange semester in Singapore, which led to several months of living there and traveling across Asia, experiences that shaped my worldview and where I fell in love with the people, cultures, and food of the different countries in Asia.

While still studying, I found my way into recruitment within the crypto and blockchain space, a world I’m still genuinely passionate about (decentralization and power to the people, always). Over the past seven years, I worked my way through startups and scale-ups, all remote, all global - hiring brilliant minds from around the world while living the digital nomad life, hopping between conferences, countries, and time zones.
As exciting as that life was, the fast pace eventually caught up with me. That’s when breathwork became more than just a personal practice; it became a place to slow down, feel grounded, release old patterns, and finally learn how to regulate my nervous system. It gave me something the constant “on” mode never did: space.
Now, I’m bringing both worlds together - my experience working closely with people, understanding what drives them, and supporting their growth, alongside my passion for breathwork and nervous system regulation.
If I can be even a small part of your journey, that would mean a lot.
On a personal note: I love traveling, care deeply about what I do, have an unexplainable love for pigs (best animals, no debate), live with an overactive brain (who doesn’t these days), and have faced my fair share of mental health challenges - because life can be hard, and the world and systems we live in don’t support everyone equally.
I truly believe that life is about experiencing it and saying yes to opportunities that allow us to grow, while also holding an awareness of the privilege that makes those choices possible.
